Two storey existing building, strengthened and converted from garrage to a non-convetional Pub and bicycle workshop positioned in Bucharest downtown.

Existing brickwalls, foundation and beams have been strengthened according to the new request of building usage.

New steel frames were designed to take the loads form existing poorly conditioned slab and to provide more lateral stability for the whole building, transfering the loads to the newly strengthened foundations.
