HISTORICAL LISTED BUILDING CONVERTED TO HOSPITAL, BUCHAREST, ROMANIA

Original construction was built up in 1845 and rebuilt after a fire in 1860 and called Malmaison in honor of Napoleon III as his residence Malmaison.


Footprint of entire building is over

4,000 sqm.


The built was constructed as a fortified building with external walls of 1000mm thick and masonry arch on steel beams each floor.


The three storey building has been designed to high specifications and checked for seismic design according to the new standards and strengthened to become a hospital building.
